If iCloud sync is enabled, your data is synced privately through your personal iCloud account using Apple’s infrastructure. The developer does not have access to your routine data or workout history.

The app does not use analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking services.

No personal data is collected, transmitted, sold, or stored outside your device or private iCloud account.
