Most calorie tracking apps focus heavily on food databases, subscriptions, and complex interfaces. Log Nutrients takes a different approach: quickly log calories and nutrients directly into Apple Health, while automatically calculating calorie deficit using your real activity data.
By combining nutrition logging with energy expenditure from Apple Watch, users can get a clearer picture of whether they are actually in a calorie deficit without needing spreadsheets or manual calculations.
The app was built with a strong focus on speed and simplicity, making it easy to log meals consistently without unnecessary friction.
Please note: Calorie deficit tracking requires an Apple Watch to estimate total daily energy expenditure (TDEE).
